Measuring Principle
This
instrument adopts the pole coordinates
measuring principle. The precision main
shaft and the high accuracy encoder
generate the round graduation of the
measured camshaft, the radial precision
guideway and the linear encoder
scan in the radial direction the ascending
stroke of the peach-shaped cam corresponding
to each graduation on the peach-shaped
cam profile surface,and
then measure the ascending stroke error
and phase angle error of this
peach-shaped cam.

Configuration Constituents and Key Arrangement:
As shown in the Figure
below, this
instrument adopts vertical measurement
structure, the measured camshaft is
mounted between the main shaft and the
upper center vertically to reduce the
eccentric error of the peach-shaped
cam caused by the gravity factor. Imported
components are adopted for the main
parts of this instrument.

highly precise installation of the main

bearing system, imported high precision
rotary encoder from HEIDENHAIN

Delivery
The
seller will deliver the goods to the
buyer within six months after receipt
of the advance payment.
6. Packaging and Conveyance
The
seller will pack and protect the goods
in terms of the state packaging criteria
and transport the goods
to the spot of the buyer.

Technical Training
A 20-hour technical training
will follow the on-the-spot installation
and check and acceptance of the user.

Technical Service(China)
Guarantee
period for the instrument is one year.
The time limit to respond user’s technical
maintenance should be less
than 8 hours. Technicians should arrive
at the spot of the user for maintenance
within 36 hours and minor
failure should be repaired within 24 hours
after arrival.
